Thursday Evening

Welcome Party at Arrington Vineyards

Early arrivals can join the bride and groom to kick off the wedding weekend at Arrington Vineyards, where we’ll be posted-up at some picnic tables enjoying a few glasses of Tennessee wine.

There are snacks and wine available for purchase but if you’re looking for a more substantial meal, it’s best to eat dinner beforehand. Check out our dining recs on the Travel & Stay page.

Friday Morning

Coffee, Horses, and Small Talk at Burch Farm

Join us where the bride was raised: Burch Farm! We’ll have coffee and pastries available while you mosey among the ponies and take in the views.

Saturday Evening

Wedding at Battle Mountain Farm

We can’t wait to share an evening with you on these beautiful grounds – a 240 acre working farm owned by the Hatcher family, who are cousins of the bride.

This will be a cocktail attire, adults only, relaxed evening. We are not providing transportation to and from the event, please plan accordingly.

Thursday, July 1st

We invite you to come down a day early to enjoy the area and get settled in. Thursday evening casual outdoor hangs at the nearby winery. We’ll snag a big area of of tables and setup shop for the night. We love having this place so close to the farm and often visit when we’re down.

  • 5 – 8PM: Stop by anytime during this window. Please note that 8PM is closing time on Thursdays. Update: Forecast calls for rain, so we’ll be on the covered porch!
  • Glasses, Flights, & Bottles: Reds, to whites, to sparkling, to Frosé. Yes, Frosé. They have a wide selection and you can definitely take a bottle or two home.
  • Snacks Available: An assortment of crackers, chips, cured meats, olives, gourmet cheeses and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. You can also bring your own food to picnic with but no deliveries and no outside beverages.
  • No Tours (for now): Due to COVID, tours are temporarily not being offered. But you can keep an eye on the website to see if this changes leading up to the wedding.

Friday, July 2nd

Join us at the family farm! Purchased by Sally and Webby in 1987 with nothing but a barn on the grounds, not even a driveway. Today it is a beautiful working horse farm where the Burch fam boards and foals out mares, meaning every spring there are 8-10 babies born on-site.

  • 9 – 11:30AM: Stop by anytime, stay for as long or as little as you’d like during this window.
  • Parking: We’ll have signs at the gate or someone will direct you upon arrival, please be sure to park in the designated area.
  • Animals: Horses, goats, dogs, and cats — the farm is full of furry friends to say hello to. We ask that you do not enter any of the pens and do not feed any of the animals.
  • Alchemy PFM: Webb’s vintage autobody shop is also on the property. Check out his work on his Instagram!

Saturday, July 3rd

Our wedding day! Adults only, cocktail attire, but laid back vibes. Keep in mind it’s going to be Tennessee in July, so it could be hot. It’s an evening ceremony, so it’ll cool down after sunset. Come live your best life with us.

Wedding & Reception at Battle Mountain Farm

  • 6PM Arrival: Please arrive at Battle Mountain Farm on time. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30PM, the literal gate will close at 6:20PM.
  • 6:30PM Ceremony: This is it!
  • 7:00PM Reception: Immediately following the ceremony, the reception will begin with music, cocktails and small bites.
  • Lighter Fare Buffet: Enough for a full meal, but not a sit-down dinner. Mill around, snack, drink, enjoy the company.
  • 11PM Hard Stop: We’re legally bound to end the party at this time. Transportation will not be provided, so please plan accordingly to get home safe.
Transportation Note: Lyfts and Ubers are generally not available this far from downtown and we are unable to provide a shuttle due to the majority of folks staying in AirBnBs spread out across the area.
